Meet New Dawn she is a Purebred Sivas Kangal Kopegi.

Imported from Turkey - Ali Duru (Breeder).

New Dawn represents new genetics on her sire's side which will help the United States very limited Purebred Kangal gene pool.   New Dawn's sire Kapar,is owned by Onur and from one of Onur's best male dogs.  Dawn's dam is from Zile and her sire won best in show.

10/25/09 New Dawn has been in with Rams since the day she arrived.  She dearly loves the sheep and does a FANTASTIC job with them.  If you look closely, you will see a milk bone treat for Dawn in Ed's back pocket.  She has spotted it but will wait for Ed to give it to her.
